She studied at Private Ming Hsien School from 1935 to 1937. In 1937, she participated in the revolution. She successively served as the Counselor of Chinese embassies in Hungary, Indonesia, France, the United States and other countries, Member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Women's Federation, Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources, Director of Domestic and Overseas Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
