UAV innovation team of SXAU achieved good results in the Shanxi Trial of the Fifth "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and entered the national contest

Recently, it was learned that in the Shanxi Trial of the Fifth "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and the 2022 Shanxi Spark Project Entrepreneurship Competition, the projects of three students, Zhai Shuyuan, Hu Jiaye and Jiang Hao from the College of Agricultural Engineering of SXAU: Fruit Forest Guard, Killing Weapon ——The plant protection tanks helped the revitalization of the countryside, under the guidance of Mr. Wu Zhiming, successfully advanced to the national competition with good results of the first place in the semi-finals and the second place in the finals.

Aiming at the shortcomings of high center of gravity and poor versatility of fruit tree plant protection equipment in my country, the team developed a remote control crawler plant protection tank, which adopts technologies such as built-in medicine box, oil-electric mixing, ultra-high pressure atomization, upward targeting, universal nozzle, and high-definition image transmission, breaking through the bottleneck of plant protection equipment in hilly and mountainous areas, and the control effect is good.

The Shanxi Trial of the Fifth "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and the 2022 Shanxi Spark Project Entrepreneurship Competition was jointly organized by Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Development and Reform Commission, Shanxi Provincial Education Department, Department of Science and Technology of Shanxi Province, Department of Finance of Shanxi Province, Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Department of Veterans Affairs, Rural Revitalization Bureau of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Disabled Persons’ Federation of Shanxi Province, Small Enterprise Development Promotion Bureau of Shanxi Province and Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone Management Committee, and was undertaken by Employment Service Bureau of Shanxi Province. With the theme of “Creating a New Era and Realizing the Chinese Dream”, this competition was divided into main competition and special competition. A total of 1,542 entries were collected for the competition. In the end, 94 projects were shortlisted for the Shanxi Provincial Finals. The top two teams in each group entered the national competition with a total of 12 projects.
